Civicamente is a self-assessment platform that does not tell citizens what to think, but analyzes how they think. Through an adaptive questionnaire of approximately 15 minutes, the system evaluates five dimensions of democratic quality, producing a composite psychometric index: the Voting Capacity Score.

The approach is radically different from traditional knowledge tests: there is no politically 'correct' answer. The system measures logical consistency, bias resistance and long-term thinking capacity — regardless of the user's political orientation.

The final result is the Digital Civic ID: a downloadable and shareable certificate, with a public verification QR Code, quarterly validity and a dominant bias profile. It is a voluntary and private act, never mandatory.

How does Civicamente guarantee user ethics and privacy?

Privacy respect and algorithmic neutrality are non-negotiable project principles.

• Total anonymity — No account, no personal data required. The test is completely anonymous by design
