Who is it for?
The exercise helps teams and organisations discuss governance decisions, short-term incentives and future consequences. It supports learning; it is not ESG certification, a compliance audit or a professional assessment of individuals.
How does the exercise work?
Five dilemmas offer alternatives with different time horizons. Results apply the model’s rules to encourage discussion of choices. They do not objectively measure the suitability of a board of directors.
How should I interpret a result?
Compare reasoning, make assumptions explicit and discuss alternatives. The reference generated at the end identifies the exercise; it is not a cryptographic signature or approval by an authority.
